I’ve been building things with technology for over 20 years now, starting with a clunky inventory system in C++ back in 2003. Looking back, I’m not sure if I chose product management or if it chose me—but either way, here we are.

What keeps me busy

Most of my time goes into LexiMoney—an AI-first compliance and payments infrastructure for Indian exporters, incorporated in GIFT City. We’re building the digital backbone that makes export documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-border settlements work together seamlessly.

I’m also co-founder at MoneeFlo, an RBI-licensed forex company (FFMC) serving the affluent class in tier-2+ cities. We focus on foreign university payments, currency exchange, and travel cards—combining physical presence with digital efficiency where traditional banks don’t reach.

Beyond this, I empower PMs and founders learn to translate judgment into action, in view of the evolving role of product & building stuff. This includes using AI for daily work, better & faster thinking, building prototypes with vibe coding & not just writing PRDs - specifically for non-tech PMs & founders. I am passionate about this.

The journey so far

I’ve worked at companies like Jio, Airtel, and Ericsson, and tried building my own things in between. At Jio, I built a blockchain platform back when it wasn’t a buzzword—even presented to Mukesh Ambani once, which was equal parts nerve-wracking and inspiring.

I’ve started things that worked (oneCommerce, Kirana Truck during COVID, MoneeFlo) and things that didn’t. The failures taught me more, honestly. Somewhere along the way, I picked up 7 US patents, 2 published papers, and co-authored 2 books. They look good on LinkedIn, but the real learning has been in the messy, everyday work of building products people actually use.

How I think about work

My 2026 anchor: “In the AI era, don’t just think and plan. Translate judgment into action—and increasingly, into real artifacts.”

I’m drawn to the intersection of product, business, and technology—especially in regulated industries like fintech where complexity is the default and simplicity is the competitive advantage.

I believe in building with AI and no-code tools, not because they’re trendy, but because they let you ship fast and iterate based on reality, not assumptions. I care about execution over perfection, and outcomes over process.

I write regularly at my newsletter—thinking out loud about product management, building businesses, and translating AI capabilities into tangible value. It helps me figure out what I actually think.

What I believe

Start small, even if you’re dreaming big. Think from first principles. Trust people unless there’s a reason not to. Pick your battles wisely. And learn or die—the moment you stop learning, you’re obsolete.

I’m still figuring things out, one build at a time.
